An 18 fish day with a fish topping 18 inch...Lance,

An 18 fish day with a fish topping 18 inches is a heck of a trip!! I've noticed the larger fish being caught at Stone Mtn. I hooked into a rainbow that was 17 maybe 18 inches on a Zonker back in early October. I also noticed some pretty large rainbows holding in the deeper pools. They are fun. Especially when they readily hit dries.

Happy Thanksgiving,

TylerTyler Legghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05969341382871432087noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3645277547301651315.post-26038524325522650562009-11-25T18:36:55.921-05:002009-11-25T18:36:55.921-05:00Hey Tyler,

The morning was hot. I landed a nice 18 inch rainbow which made my day. It was a mix bag, mostly nymphs and emergers but, that big one hit on top, (dropper rig). I finished the day with about 18 fish. My friend however only managed 1. I think I retied more knots and tippet for him than I have used all year, lol.

LanceLance Milkshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13230104803414566724noreply@blogger.com
